Leesta helps real-estate agents turn listings into marketing visuals. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We don’t sell your data.
What we collect
- Account info — your name and email (or your Apple ID, via Sign in with Apple) so your listings sync across devices.
- Agent profile — your brokerage, phone, headshot, logo, and brand colors, used to brand your generated visuals.
- Listing data & photos — the property details and photos you add, and the visuals we generate from them.
- Usage & diagnostics — in-app activity events tied to your account and crash/error reports, used to operate, secure, and improve the app. Not used for advertising or tracking.
How we use it
- To autofill listing details from a pasted URL and generate marketing copy — using AI (Anthropic). Listing data is sent to that provider only to perform these tasks.
- To render your marketing visuals (Instagram posts, stories, flyers) from your listing, photos, and brand.
- To keep your saved listings and generated visuals available on your account.
Where it’s stored
Account and listing data are stored on managed infrastructure (Postgres and Cloudflare). Photos and generated visuals are stored privately and served only to you.
Sharing
We don’t sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app (AI processing via Anthropic, hosting and rendering via Cloudflare, email delivery via Mailgun, and crash/error reporting via Sentry), and only as required to provide the feature you used.
Your choices
You can delete a listing anytime in the app. To delete your account and associated data, email support@leesta.app and we’ll remove it.
