These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Leesta (“Leesta,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Leesta app or website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
What Leesta is
Leesta helps real-estate agents create listings and generate marketing visuals (Instagram posts, stories, and flyers) from a listing's details and photos.
Your content & responsibilities
- Upload only photos and listing content you own or are authorized to use.
- You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it (including via AI providers) to provide the Service.
- Review generated visuals before publishing them — you’re responsible for the content you share.
- Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Accounts & security
You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Fees
The Service is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, we’ll disclose the price and terms before you’re charged.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Leesta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
